"My memory" at Sofia Bread House

Submitted byDessi onSat, 02/22/2020 - 13:20

On February 22, at Sofia Bread House, it smelled of freshly baked bread again!

This time, the joint bread making was between students in grades 10, 11 and 12 from the National Trade High School in Plovdiv, which is included in the "Ambassador School of the European Parliament" program. The theme was "My memory" and the the young people accommodated in the RRC "Voenna rampa" and RRC "Ovcha Kupel"  demonstrated enviable craftsmanship and showed their Bulgarian peers how they make breads in their countries of origin.

The project under the title "We are all made of the same dough" aimed at faster integration and cultural exchange and is financed by the TELUS International Community Board in Bulgaria.
